The management of student information through separate systems may hinder the monitoring of attendance, student behavior, counseling services, and communication between schools and parents. This study aimed to develop and evaluate e-CERDASM1, a web-based student information system integrating various student management services into a single platform. The application was developed using an iterative and incremental approach, involving requirements identification, system design, module implementation, testing, and continuous refinement from 2024 to 2026. Functional evaluation was conducted using black-box testing involving 63 test scenarios, while user evaluation involved 164 respondents comprising 24 teachers, 85 students, and 55 parents. Questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that e-CERDASM1 integrated student data management, attendance monitoring, positive behavior recognition, disciplinary records, counseling services, notifications, and information access for students and parents. All 63 functional test scenarios conducted on the 2026 application version achieved PASS status, representing a 100% success rate. User evaluations yielded mean scores of 3.89 on a five-point scale for teachers, 3.66 on a four-point scale for students, and 3.49 on a four-point scale for parents. These findings indicate positive user perceptions of the application and demonstrate functional conformity within the tested scenarios. However, the evaluation did not establish objective improvements in student behavior or discipline. Further research is recommended to assess the usability of the latest application version, examine nonfunctional software quality, and evaluate changes in student behavior through longitudinal studies.
