Abstract

The purpose of this community research is to change Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in the Morosi Village Industry Area, Konawe Regency, which was previously carried out pre-test to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and community actions towards Clean and Healthy Living Behavior and was observed for one month and then evaluated to determine the results of the success of community research.  With a sample of 161 respondents taken with simple random sampling techniques. The results are known using the McNemar Test test analysis to have a calculated X2 value of 103,221 > 3.841 and a p value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that counseling affects community knowledge about PHBS in Morosi Village. X2 calculates 62,500 > 3.841 and p value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that counseling affects the community's attitude about Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in Morosi Village.  X2 calculates 90,750 > 3.841 and p value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that counseling has an effect on community action about PHBS in Morosi Village. It was concluded that there was an influence of counseling on increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions or community practices about Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in households in the Morosi Village Industrial area. It is recommended to continue to carry out special monitoring in industrial areas related to governance and spatial planning of settlements and collect data on every citizen who is only domiciled as a bond of work to be coached in a joint conscious effort to improve the degree of health, especially Clean and Healthy Living Behavior behavior
